Welcome to Amica & Co! By signing up as a member or attending one of our events, you agree to the following terms designed to keep our community safe, welcoming, and fun.

1. Membership

  • Membership is free but subject to approval. We personally review every request to keep our space genuine and safe.

  • You must provide accurate details when signing up. Fake or misleading information may result in removal.

  • Members must be 23 years or older.

 

2. Member Conduct

  • Amica & Co is a safe, inclusive space. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.

  • We ask members to respect each other’s privacy. Conversations and personal details shared at events should stay within the group.

  • Event details (times, dates, locations) are for approved members only. Please don’t share them outside the community.

 

3. Guest Policy

  • Our events are designed for members first. Some events may allow you to bring a non-member guest - if so, it will be clearly stated on the event page.

  • Guests must also follow our community guidelines. Members are responsible for the behaviour of their guests.

 

4. Events & Tickets

  • Most of our events require a ticket due to limited spots. Tickets are first-come, first-served.

  • All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated. Transfers may be possible but must be arranged in advance.

  • If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and provide a refund if applicable.

  • Please only secure a spot if you genuinely plan to attend — no-shows limit opportunities for other members.

 

5. Privacy & Data

  • We collect basic details (name, email, DOB, and a few fun facts) to verify members and make the community more personal.

  • Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties.

  • By joining, you agree to receive updates from us about upcoming events and community news.

 

6. Liability

  • Attendance at events is at your own risk. Amica & Co is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage during events or while using our platforms.

  • Please act responsibly and look out for one another.

 

7. Media & Content

  • We enjoy taking photos or videos at events to share on our website and Instagram. By attending, you agree to this use unless you tell us otherwise in advance.

  • All Amica & Co branding, materials, and content remain our property and may not be used without permission.

 

8. Updates

  • We may update these terms from time to time. If we make big changes, we’ll let members know.
